Do you know any platform where people can study the skills to run their own companies?

Yes, I personally have created two platforms with about 40 courses total for this purpose, and a third set of courses for executive teams preparing to scale a company. There are at least 30 skills an Entrepreneur/CEO should learn before founding a company, not that they can be expert at all or even most, but all these skills will be needed on a team.

The second platform unbundles all of our 40 courses to be available individually for team members on specific topics.  Taking all these together is likely better than getting an MBA or other business degree because it is a comprehensive, holistic framework that is far more practical and “how to” oriented.  Universities focus on the theoretical, academic approach and cost ten times as much and take lots longer.

I believe these courses are the only ones in the world today, entirely created by a single Serial Entrepreneur.  And hence, form a holistic and comprehensive framework and process for starting companies.  These can be seen here

You must also read many books, learn to recruit and manage people and lots more to found a company without very high risk. Most stories you hear of young entrepreneurs or new college graduates building a big, successful company are greatly exaggerated, or the rare exceptions to being in the exact right place and time plus lots of luck.

The best way to optimize success starting companies is gathering experience of others who have already done that through courses, reading, working for other entrepreneurs, and getting a professional Mentor. Your odds of success can skyrocket from 10% to 95% if you do all these well.
